At Euresupply, all items sold are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital items cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and waive your right to a refund once access is granted.
Digital Products & Final Sale
All products sold by Euresupply are digital and delivered instantly via download link or email.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified.
Please review your order details and product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

Technical problems that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchase, despite following all provided instructions.
2. Delivery Failure

3. Supplier Unavailability
If a product becomes permanently unavailable due to:

We must verify this directly before issuing any refund. Where possible, we may offer a replacement product or store credit instead of a refund.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Euresupply is not responsible for delays or failures caused by spam filters, full inboxes, incorrect email addresses, or other email provider issues on the customer’s side.
Failed or Missing Delivery
If you did not receive your digital product, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase with:

If your purchase is verified, we will re-send your download link or grant access again.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks for digital products are strictly prohibited.
Since our products are delivered electronically and access can be verified with system logs and delivery records, all chargebacks will be disputed with full evidence.
